1. Cancellation Policy

The Aternew SaaS Kit is a monthly subscription service. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your access to the kit’s content will be removed within 36 hours. This means that even if you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will lose access shortly after the cancellation is processed. No further payments will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription to the Aternew SaaS Kit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Have purchased a new subscription (either SaaS Starter or SaaS Pro) directly from aternew.com.
  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note: This refund policy applies only to your first 30 days as a new customer and does not cover subsequent monthly payments.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@aternew.com.
  2. In the subject line, please write: “Refund Request for SaaS Kit – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. In the body of the email, please include:
    • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
    • Your order number.
    • A brief, optional reason for the refund request. This feedback helps us improve our product for future customers.

Our team will review your request and process the refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
